For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What will you do?
- Provide support to assigned accounts in the areas of process creation, overall operations action plans and service coordination
- Evaluate scopes for optimization opportunities
- Provide training (within their expertise) to site operations teams (Client, vendor and, SE technicians) on expected standards of maintenance and program guidance
- Assist site teams in the management of small scale Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) style projects.
- Serve as resource to assist with hardware deployment, setup and commissioning
Position Objectives:
- Insure all assigned sites meet and exceed operations program standards.
- Assist in overall operations program improvements by providing feedback from site teams and clients.
- To effectively audit assigned sites on a regimented schedule.
- Provides suggestions for continuous improvements in the areas of process improvement and program consistency
- Facilitates communication and information flow for effective issue resolution as it relates to operational needs on assigned sites (internally and externally)
- Create reporting based on client and Schneider Electric (SE) KPIs, and review with all stakeholders
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Strong practical knowledge of data center infrastructure systems
- Critical environments operations management
- Technical understanding and communication to peers/management and client POCs
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office to include SharePoint, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Infrastructure asset and inventory maintenance
- Understanding and implementation of risk mitigation processes
- Operational compliance regulations in the areas of Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure (SPCC), Emergency Response Procedure (ERP), and business continuity planning
- Ability to deliver on the job training in the critical environment's arena as appropriate
- Computerized maintenance management systems
- Ability to review drawings and schematics for accuracy and content
