Expert Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Lightning Developer to join our dynamic team. The Sr. Salesforce Developer needs to have a strong background in Salesforce development, with a focus on Lightning components and custom application development and integration. This individual will play a key role in driving the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • The Sr. Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing and implementing critical customer facing solutions that are highly usable, scale-able, extensible, and maintainable, mainly on the Force.com platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Technical Hands-on knowledge in Lightning Aura, Lightning web component Design and Development. Strong exposure in Apex and understanding of enterprise patters to extend Salesforce functionality.
  • Customize Salesforce applications using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot, and optimize existing solutions, and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce development and Integrations with a focus on Lightning platform.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and security features.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
