You will be part of the dynamic Schneider Digital - HR Technology team whose mission is to "Create digital workplace of the future & Enable HR to build workforce of the future".

We are seeking a talented individual to join the team as an Expert Data Integrator. Within this team, you will be part of the Core HCM solutions team to oversee the effective utilization, and continuous improvement of the Core HCM platform in area of Workforce Administration.

What will you do?

The Data Integrator is accountable for proper data ingestion and responsible for the management and proficiency of data in the core Human Capital Management Platform.

We focus on:
  • Complete end to end ownership of managing technology platforms with Data first mindset.
  • Deeply involved in working with agile mode and cross collaboration between different team, stakeholders.
  • Technology Solutioning and enhancing platform with a vision to leverage AI.


Main responsibilities
  • Is proficient in documenting data structure and data objects of source systems.
  • Can Identify required tables and fields to collect all required source data as per specifications.
  • Has experience in developing data integration standards according to industry best practices.
  • Has experience in designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the effective integration methods (API, Event Driven Architecture, CDS Change Data Capture, Data Virtualization and more) of data between various data sources, data lakes and applications.
  • Has experience in establishing data quality checkpoint for monitoring ingestion of data flows and validation of status.
  • Has exposure to data privacy and security protocols to ensure system and data integration.
  • Has exposure to end-to-end Data processes.
  • Has the ability to communicate data mapping procedures and rules to non-technical partners.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Education and experience
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of previous experience in data integration projects.
  • Working experience and mastery on some ETL tool, like SnapLogic, Informatica Cloud, or similar.
  • Working experience and deep understanding on solutions using APIs and microservices architectures.
  • Working experience and clear understanding on AWS Cloud Services, like Lambda, Glue, RDS, API Gateway, and others.
  • Working knowledge of various databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres and similar) and proficiency in using SQL.
  • NOSql databases (DocumentDBs, GraphDBs and similar) knowledge. Working experience with these technologies would be an added value for the candidate.
  • Clear understanding and working experience on CI/CD and DevSecOps.
  • Proven experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements and technical solutions.
  • Experience in the use of conceptual and logical data modelling technologies.
  • Experience in delivering data architectures for master, reference, and transactional data.


Skills
  • The role holder should possess a blend of data engineering skills, data architecture skills, and data steward skills.
  • Deep knowledge on Data Integration standards and best practices.
  • Mastery on the technical ingestion tools (ETL, data pipelines...) and processes, to ensure data quality, performance, availability, and reliability.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end data lifecycle, and data integration projects' lifecycle.
  • Ability to understand in deep the applications data structure with functional understanding.
  • Deep understanding of the technology landscape to choose the appropriate data technologies, techniques, and data structures to be used, based on different business use cases.
  • Ability to conduct and lead support operations to deliver data-as-a-service.
  • Understanding of data migration and data modelling techniques, and how to use them to fulfil business requirements.
  • Has strong verbal and written Technical Communication skills.
  • Collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
