- Coordinate VIP visitors trip (including safety activities).
- Coordinate leadership team meetings/events "in and out" of our offices.
- Managing meetings/appointments for BVP/Director securing on time requested people attendance.
- Coordinate the preparation for BVP/Director media events & customers visits.
- Handling report/document filing (contracts, legal documents, etc).
- Producing memo, letters and general communications as required to support BVP/Director.
- Administering expense reports, review and validation as per policy prior to submission.
- To back up other EA during leave of absence.
- Managing calendar of the BVP/Director, meeting rooms / venues booking, minutes taking as necessary, monitoring and follow through schedules
- Gather and assemble information or data from various sources in response to the BVP/Director initiatives/meetings; assist in the preparation of related reports/presentation materials for meetings to ensure that information is timely and accurate
- Interact with team members to be pro-actively offer assistance and solutions, within the confine of the EA roles & accountabilities.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skill with good collaboration capability in order to manage smoothly multi-task situations. Having innovative approach and can-do attitude. English fluency is a must.
- Motivated to ensure consistent and sustainable performance by demonstrating willingness to thrive in the fast-paced environment and to improve the workplace as well showing enthusiasm and identify self-improvement opportunities.
- Mastering administration skill in managing calls, responding emails, scheduling meeting/ appointment and other relevant tasks that are expected related to the role.
- Maintain good relationships with a wide range of suppliers, building management, employees, contractors, executives, and other stakeholders.
