What will you be doing?

  • Lead and manage Customer Projects and/or Services Operation Center in the Nordics
  • Anticipate resource needs on projects and contribute to setting up project organization at the tendering stage.

  • Drive sensitive negotiations and ensure high-level customer communication.
  • Monitor and control all projects in the portfolio to ensure economic, quality, customer satisfaction, safety/security, ethics & compliance.
  • Take responsibility for P&L and Cash on projects in alignment with annual objectives , focusing on sales, gross margin, and cash.
  • Deploy transformation initiatives for more software, services, and sustainability, fostering collaboration between all solutions stakeholders.


What will help you succeed?

  • Suitable educational background such as degree in Technical or commercial field
  • Previous professional experience in people leadership , strategic thinking , and a deep understanding of service management within the context of the Nordic market
  • experience in project management, with a background in solution or service business leadership or program management.
  • Strong business acumen and result orientation with P&L, cash management, and risk & opportunity management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer project or services business, value chain, and key success factors.
  • Languages : Proficiency in English, Fluency in any Nordic language is beneficial


You have exceptional team building and relationship skills, capable of effective communication with executives, leaders, customers, and external stakeholders. We require someone with confidence, agility, and accountability in decision-making and leadership within uncertain situations !
