The Execution Excellence Improvement Leader will collaborate across H&D NAM functions to drive operational efficiency for superior project execution ensuring project timelines are achieved with sustainability, cost, and quality in mind. This position will establish a center for agile coaching excellence and best practices for project execution while leverage change management skills to further simplify and streamline NAM H&D operating model.
Responsibilities:
Execute an agile coaching model and practice to sustain NAM H&D agile transformation and execution efforts
Leverage data to identify opportunities for process optimization, workflow enhancement, and performance improvement across business functions.
Develop and implement data-driven solutions that contribute to the organization's continuous improvement efforts.
Utilize lean concepts and 6 sigma concepts to develop or streamline current workflows
Lead cross-functional teams to standardize and document best practices, procedures, and workflows.
Apply learning across appropriate business units.
Develop change management strategies to implement changes effectively with project teams.
Facilitate change management and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
Develop performance metrics to monitor and measure the impact of process improvement initiatives
Stay abreast of best practices and recommend solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications

This job might be for you if:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or equivalent experience in related fields (advanced degree such as an MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business operations, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of leading and implementing large strategic transformations.
- Exceptional leadership and critical thinking, problem solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- English speaking
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with change management and stakeholder analysis.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
