EOEM OPERATIONS MANAGER

What will you do?

The EOEM Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in operationalizing partners including digital onboarding, training, and order management on ongoing basis; collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that partners are onboarded on time and ensuring OTD of product for new EOEM offers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for EOEM related communications.
  • Provide concierge-level customer experience.
  • Proactively manage risk factors to minimize disruptions during project lifecycle and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones achieved, and any potential risks or issues.
  • Ensure collaboration and productive work environment with GSC to secure OTD of material.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus, or Agile certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Expected Travel: 30%
