What will you do:
• Understand the sustainable procurement framework of Schneider Electric and contribute to overall functional mission.
• Engage all internal and external stakeholders for a well-coordinated implementation of designated program.
• Drive the supply chain decarbonization program with suppliers to meet company objective.
o Develop implementation framework to deploy PCF reduction program with suppliers
o Train & onboard SE procurement teams on PCF reduction program and sensitise expectation from suppliers
o Participate in the scoping exercise to identify the suppliers to be involved
o Program management
§ Lead engagement and onboard suppliers for product carbon footprint (PCF) reduction initiative

§ Develop communication and training module on PCF computation
§ Ensure suppliers are computing the PCF and reporting
§ Ensure adoption of PCF reduction targets by suppliers in line with company target
§ Ensure implementation of actions to achieve PCF reduction by the suppliers
§ Incorporate innovate solutions and lead discussion with digital solution providers to digitise PCF calculation and reporting by supplies; and collation and processing by SE
§ Involve in the discussion with the other SE teams to integrate PCF into corporate carbon accounting
§ Deploy governance for effective implementation of global project
§ Provide innovative solution for challenges and resolve them to achieve program objective
o Technical expertise:
§ Have in-depth understanding of Product Carbon Footprint calculation
§ Have proven track record of implementing carbon footprint reduction program with suppliers
§ Have deep understanding of implementing renewable energy, energy efficiency, digitalization and other decarbonization initiatives at company level.
§ Good understanding of relevant standards such as GHG Protocol, ISO14064/67, PACT Methodology etc.
§ Ability of engage with suppliers on specific implementational challenges and solutions
• Business Process Optimization:
o Optimize business processes to ensure efficiency in global deployment, including data collection, computation and reporting
o Work collaboratively with other departments (Procurement, Corporate Environment, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, etc. as required) to improve data integrity or clear system issues.
• Training & Change Management:
o Lead training and capacity building initiative to meet program objective
§ Develop practical training material to facilitate implementation
§ Deliver training material to internal and external stakeholders
o Stay abreast of new developments in the industry and incorporate in the program
o Support and coach additional team members

Preference will be given to candidates with:
• Demonstrated experience of leading and driving large scale supplier decarbonization program with tangible results.
• Expertise on product carbon footprint calculations.
• Expertise on renewable energy deployment
• Experience in energy audits in manufacturing industries (ISO 50001 audits), energy saving projects and/or CO2e emission reduction project
• Procurement/supplier engagement/management/sourcing background
• Strong verbal/written English communications skills
• Excellent reporting skills
• Process and technology oriented
o Advanced digital skills: Tableau, AI, ML, RPAs and understanding of programming algorithm to develop RPA capability within team; strong MS Office tool skills are mandatory
• Demonstrated leadership skills: Influence, drive for results, effective planning / prioritization, project management & collaboration
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Supply chain, Information Systems, Business, Accounting or Engineerin
