What do you get to do in this position?
- Support environmental, sustainability & compliance (Green Premium) initiatives for H&D North America
- Support the internal teams to execute Green Premium / Sustainability action plans inclusive of product environmental
profiles.
- Support Customers on Green Premium requests and lead internally to keep the products' information updated.
- Support new projects to secure GP compliance with the Offer.
- Support/Train/Coach the Offer Creation Teams to implement the Eco-Design practices within new products.

This job might be for you if:
Education Level: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: Exposed to environmental/sustainable topics like waste management and reduction, local legal requirements, and environmental campaigns.
Health & Safety: Have a notion on risk assessment, accident investigation, hazard identification, (STPS) legal requirements, health & safety commission
Skills: Passion for Sustainability and Safety. Excellent communication skills (English/Spanish). Leadership. Ability to influence collaborators and perform teamwork. Able to manage/organize/optimize databases & information. Able to train others on safety and environmental topics.
