- Technical supervision of HW & SW resources for current and future projects according to the portfolio roadmap
• Develop technical competency and proficiency in the team aligned with the ambition of the local and regional organization.
• Establish individual and collective performance goals for the team, as well as their periodic review and annual performance evaluation
• Provide productivity tools to the team for the execution of tasks, as well as the necessary training for their use.
• Facilitate the formation and growth of a "Digital Network" in North America in order to promote structured career plans aligned with the business
Qualifications

This job might be for you if you have the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience developing embedded systems (software and hardware) Technical knowledge of electronics, controllers, inverters, and firmware integration at the device level
- Knowledge of C/C++, Python and repository management through DevOps
- Knowledge of DFMEA, FTA, Reliability and Safety assessments
- Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electronics, robotics or similar. Desirable master's degree
General knowledge of manufacturing processes (electronics, assembly and end of line testing) - 5+ years of experience working under Agile methodology
- Excellent communication and execution management. 5+ years of experience managing work teams
- Ad vanced English. Spoken and written
