For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $95,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Position Summary
The Engineering Manager will lead product test and validation, engineering tools & systems, and sustaining efforts. This role supports BOM & Configuration management, product validation, and maintenance updates for Supply Chain, Production, and Sales. It requires an engineering background with expertise in product documentation, testing, change management, team building, and cross-functional collaboration.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and specialists.
  • Align department goals with company objectives to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  • Enhance testing methodologies and change management processes to improve time-to-market.
  • Oversee test plans and procedures to validate product performance and compliance.
  • Ensure rigorous testing of prototypes and finished products under real-world conditions.
  • Collaborate with production to improve product design for quality and productivity.
  • Coordinate technical developments and resolve engineering design and test issues.
  • Review and approve production drawings/specifications, recommending design enhancements.
  • Manage documentation for production and customer support (proposals, quotes, drawings, BOM, schematics, manuals, etc.).
  • Work with suppliers and consultants to resolve technical issues and improve system features.
  • Oversee project management processes to keep projects on schedule and budget.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Position Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar required.
  • 5+ years of management experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of related experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficient in MS Outlook and verbal communication.
  • Customer service-oriented and active team participant.
  • Experience in sizing and designing refrigeration components using simulation tools.
  • Knowledge of codes and standards (ASME, UL, ETL, CRN, NFPA, AWS) for system compliance.
  • Familiarity with specs and standards in commercial refrigeration.
  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with industrial equipment.
  • Strong mathematical, communication, and electro-mechanical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
  • Experience with SolidWorks is a plus.

Physical Requirements
  • Office environment, primarily desk work on a computer.
  • Ability to sit for long periods.
