Please note, this is an Entry-level role.

Your mission:

Develop , maintain and use complex models in order to deliver bespoke and standardized energy cost forecasts for Schneider Electric's Sustainability Business clients .

What you will do :
  • Prepare , execute , check , analyze and interpret energy budgets , delivered cost reports and other bespoke reports for our clients to agreed standards
  • Monitor and execute tasks allocated to you in various task-tracking systems
  • Ensure a timely , complete and accurate acquisition of all necessary inputs for our reporting requirements
  • Analyze and interpret formal energy supply contractual documents
  • Understand underlying commodity price calculations , implement them into consolidated energy reports
  • Perform extensive quality control prior to delivering reports to our clients
  • Focuse on electric power and natural gas , but also deliver services for fuel oils and steam and support other commodities if required
  • Execute action plans and projects in order to continuously improve our systems to adapt to changes in energy markets and their regulations
  • Act as a reporting account manager for multi- portfolio clients
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients
  • Attend meetings with key internal teams and also clients where required
  • Contact external stakeholders for inputs required for our reports ( suppliers , distributors )
  • Follow escalation rules and notify stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Own and develop business processes to the highest standards of efficiency , control and accuracy
  • Transfer knowledge to other parts of the business, hold internal presentations and trainings if needed
  • Participate in market research further developing y our knowledge in energy markets and their regulations


What we need from you :
  • BA or Msc Degree ( preferably in Economics , Business Administration , Mathematics )
  • 1-2 years of work experience in the energy industry or in financial reporting areas
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluency in English - any additional EU language is a big advantage
  • Result focused , self-directed , tenacious and highly motivated personality
  • Strong analytical and logical skills
  • Ability to manage routine tasks
  • Precision , attention to detail s with an excellent quality focus
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external part ie s within an international environment
