For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $142,000 - $170,000 per year, which
includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United
States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within
the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a

Schneider Electric has a meaningful opportunity for an End-to-End Control Tower SME to work for a company that is rapidly growing in North America. you will be responsible for leading the deployment of our End-to-End (E2E) Control Tower platform, driving change management, and developing the necessary digital capabilities to transform our supply chain operations. Your role will be pivotal in upskilling our supply chain community, integrating operations across the value chain, enhancing customer service, and supporting business growth. You will be accountable for leading regional transformation, ensuring that the required knowledge, competencies, and adoption levels are in place.
This role will require 25% travelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and set S.M.A.R.T. Regional Targets within the domain of responsibility.
- Ensure the right actions are in place to drive performance improvements both upstream and downstream.
- Support plants and regional teams in building action plans and a robust pipeline of initiatives to achieve performance targets.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for the Global Subject Matter Expert (SME) team.
- Serve as the Regional Domain Expert Leader, ensuring best practices and tools are effectively implemented.
- Provide expertise in digital tools, data analytics, and control tower capabilities to optimize end-to-end supply chain visibility.
- Lead the E2E Control Tower transformation, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.
- Work closely with other Planning Experts to drive effective adoption of new tools and processes.
- Engage with global teams and regional Performance, Operations, and Transformation functions to align strategies and share best practices.
- Work directly with factories and supply chain teams to provide coaching, training, and support for improving adoption and performance.
- Drive the deployment of new digital capabilities and tools aligned with the E2E Control Tower roadmap.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, digital transformation, or a similar role.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
