In a role of Employer Branding your mission will be to uphold the identity and image of Schneider Electric to attract candidates who may be a perfect fit within our organization.
Your IMPACT:
- Lead local employer branding and recruitment campaigns for Early Talent and Professionals from strategy and planning to activation
- Working tightly with the local Talent Acquisition team to define activities that support talent acquisition on the local market.
- Lead, structure and drive the topics of employer branding Poland
- Act as a real brand ambassador for Schneider Electric by ensuring a strong presence on relevant social media channels
- Coordinate with the help of local ambassadors various online and offline talent events: campus, job fairs, on site events, etc.
- Take ownership and strengthen our internal program #SEGreatPeople
- Foster a culture based on creative marketing measures, free thinking, crazy ideas and design of gripping communications
- Managing project teams and service providers
- Building a strong network within the organization (HR, Marketing, business, etc.) to drive our talent brand forward
What Will Help You to Be Successful?
- Always looking for the latest trends on branding, marketing, and communication
- A Storyteller with an eye for image and video communication, and an understanding of how to convey impactful messages internally and externally
- Digitally sound and can learn to work with a variety of tools
- Able to drive multiple subjects in a fast-moving environment
- A team-player that enjoys working with international colleagues
- Confident communicator with well-developed stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for the projects as a whole
- Self-driven with strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative
And if...
- You have solid, at least 5 years' experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or communication area in an international company
- You have worked in a managerial/lead position and led similar scope of activities
- You speak fluent English language
