Ukrainian branch includes commercial departments in Kiev and regions, a warehouse for equipment and components stock, serviced by a logistics department, information support, research & development office, authorized training HUB and customer support service.
We're now looking for General Environmental and Employee Health & Safety Specialist to be based in our office in Kyiv. The person will report to HR Director and will be working on Health and Safety processes.

Your Impact:
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental legislation.
- Monitor and report safety and environmental performance.
- Include every employee in the safety management system.
- Develop and implement safety & environment training plans.
- Propose and review annual improvement programs.
- Maintain business continuity and crisis management plans.
- Lead sustainability initiatives related to climate and resources.
- Participate in the SERE community in Europe.
- Deploy health and safety tools and methods at sites.
- Promote and assist in developing health policies for employee well-being.
- Establish prevention programs to avoid accidents and illnesses.
- Identify and eliminate unsafe conditions and practices.
- Apply laws and regulations to business situations.
Your Profile:
- Experience in a similar role in an international company.
- Strong knowledge of local laws and H&S standards.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficient in PC skills (Microsoft, Windows, ERPs).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and collaborative approach.
- Practical problem-solving and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, matrix environment.
- Master's Degree in Health & Safety/Management/Energy Management.
