HMI is part of Digital Factory organization, composed of 6 activities such as Eilwell, Motion Control, Automation Control, HMI, IioT Solution Software and Process control systems, contribute to provide the solutions and innovation for plant and machine in Industry Automation. As a pioneer in HMI (human machine interface), our brand offers a wide range of product line-ups globally, small-sized operation panel convenient for setting up equipment and machines and high-performance models with integrated PLC functions and gateway functions for IT. We also produce IPC (industrial Personal Computer) that can handle edge functions such as higher expressive power and data analysis. Software is key enabler and differenciator to grow our business. Our products contribute to a variety of fields such as factory and equipment control in consumer-packaged goods, Semiconductor, automotive, EV batteries, life science industries.

We are looking for a skilled Embedded Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology solutions. As Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance for our HMI products. You will work closely with hardware engineers, firmware engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our offers.
Responsibility:
- 製品開発Projectへ参画しProjectメンバーとして貢献
- 製品に求められる機能を実現するための技術や手法の調査作業の実施
- HMIアプリケーションの設計開発デバッグメンテナンス設計変更作業の実施
- 新製品と既存製品の両方に機能を追加または変更するなど変化する要望に迅速に対応します
- 開発過程における問題や市場不具合発生時において課題解決に向けた作業の実施
- Participate in product development projects and contribute to the project as a project member.
- Research into technologies and methods to meet product requirements
- HMI application develop, debug, and maintain for HMI
- Quickly respond to changing needs in requirement, such as modification to add or alter functionality to both new and existing products.
- Solving problems that occurred during the development process or in the market
資格
- 電気工学またはコンピューターサイエンスの学士号取得
- 最低3年の組み込みに関するソフトウェア開発経験
- C, C++, C# のプログラミングスキル
- 新技術に関心があり積極的に情報収集している
- 革新的なアイデアを提案できる
- 自ら考え行動でき且つチームワークに重きをおいている
- 情熱的で積極的かつ適応力がある
- 言語 : 日本語英語ビジネスレベル
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or computer science
- Minimum 3 years of experience of embedded programming and software development experience
- Expert in C, C++, C# programing skill
- Must be a dynamic, autonomous, and team-oriented individual.
- Demonstrates a keen interest in new technologies and actively seeks out information
- Capable of proposing innovative ideas
- Passionate, proactive, and adaptable
- Language : English (Business level), Japanese(Business level)
