In this position, you'll develop standardization campaigns with Product Owners, Procurement, and Innovation Teams, and provide technical consulting and training to various lines of business and manufacturing plants. Success in this role requires monitoring market trends and Schneider's application needs while building a strong Technical Network.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related engineering/technical discipline is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in product design and/or technology groups.
- Experience with major suppliers in the electronics industry and data analytics.
- Strong project management skills (both Waterfall and Agile methodologies).
- Proven ability to work effectively in large, multicultural teams across different time zones.
- Assertive communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and curious.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
