Responsibility:

1. Manage all engineering programs from the initiation to the closure in dedicated projects in Digital Product Squad.

2. Ensure projects (include busway digital solutions, platform and system) to meet quality/time to market/scope/cost goals.

3. Familiar with product & digital offers, provide technical support to cross functions & dedicate customer order.

4. Initial & lead innovation ideas & activities to drive offer optimization.

5. Support the investigation of innovated technical actions from architect.

6. Report to Technical Manger and Dot line to Squad Technical Leader.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:

• Bachelor degree above major in Electronic & Automation Science or equivalent;
• +3 years above as electronic engineer for automation product development; (or +2 years working experience with Master Degree)
• Good understanding of micro processor, digital / analog circuit, programmable logic array;
• Good understanding of product requirement in industrial environment;
• Good Knowledge of National and International Industrial Electronic relative standard;
• Industrial real-time communication protocol knowledge, and embedded system development experience are preferred;
• Good communications skills, including written and spoken English.
