This job might be for you if you fit the following requirements:

• Must have 5 or more years of experience in design and development of electromechanical products.
• Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering degree. Master's degree is desired.
• General knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Agile design process (Scrum & Kanban) is desired,
• Experience in creating FMEA's, DFA's, DFM's and Risk Analysis.
• Experience with analytical tools.
• Experience with CAD packages, Creo preferred.
• Experience in a new product development environment and an understanding of gated product development processes and product life cycle.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, material properties and the design of plastic parts, mechanism design, sheet metal parts, dielectric, and conductive components design.
• Self-motivated, team & customer oriented, adaptable
• Managing multiple activities, excellent written, organizational, communication and behavioral skills.
• Work well in a cross-functional project team environment.
• Ability for influence and convince.
• Good communication skills are a most (business English conversations).
• Desirable to have VISA B1/B2, travel 20% of the time to USA
