We are looking for an Electrician Channel Sales Manager to lead our fantastic sales team.

As Electrician Channel Sales Manager , you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with electricians while leading the sales team. This role involves strategic planning, sales execution, and increasing Schneider Electric's visibility within electricians' networks and at electrical distributors' points of sale.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and foster professional development.

Channel Development: Ensure maximum visibility of our brand by optimizing the market coverage via physical and digital sales resources together with MarCom. Identify and recruit new electricians to expand Schneider Electric's market presence.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with electricians through your team on the ground to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the electrician channel, focusing on achieving sales targets and enhancing market share.

Visibility Enhancement: Increase Schneider Electric's visibility among electricians and at distributors' points of sale through strategic marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and resources to electricians and the sales team on Schneider Electric products and solutions.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the electrician channel.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align channel strategies with overall company objectives.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze channel performance metrics, reporting on progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in channel management or sales within the electrical industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical products, solutions, and market dynamics.
  • Previous experience managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Danish is preferrable.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
