We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the team as an Electrical Trade Distribution Specialist in our Sydney office.

The Electrical Trade Distribution will support the execution of sales in and sales out activities, marketing strategies, stock management, and in-store merchandising and marketing promotions for all Electrical Trade distributors and resellers.

You will ensure alignment between our company's goals and the distribution network's performance, driving sales growth and brand visibility across all Electrical Trade channels.

Responsibilities
  • Execute strategies to drive sales in and sales out across all distributors and resellers.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and resellers.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products & solutions across the ET distribution network.
  • Coordinate with the Local & global marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, digital content, and in-store displays.
  • Manage co-marketing activities with distributors and resellers to maximize brand exposure
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, stock levels, and merchandising effectiveness

Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or distribution management, preferably in the electrical or industrial sector.
  • Understanding of distribution channels, sales processes, and inventory management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed to visit distributor and reseller locations
