Mission
The Hardware Specialist position entails assisting in the design of electrical control panels for automation systems with PLC or DCS, procuring materials for control systems, and liaising with suppliers.
What will you do?
- Design electrical control panels for automation systems (PLC or DCS) according to project requirements and specifications.
- Procure materials for control systems, ensuring compliance with project budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the fabrication and assembly of electrical control panels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware components with automation software.
- Ensure adherence to international standards and regulations for automation hardware.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware-related issues during project execution.
- Manage documentation related to hardware design, procurement, and supplier communications

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- High-School diploma in electrical or related field with at least 2 or 3 years of experience in designing electrical control panels for automation systems with PLCs or DCS.
- Good understanding of automation hardware components and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in sourcing and purchasing materials for control systems.
- Knowledge of international standards and regulations relevant to automation hardware.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- A good knowledge of written and spoken English is required as the projects are developed in an international environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality hardware solution
