Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled EDI Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain EDI solutions that facilitate seamless data exchange between our company and our partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EDI technologies and standards, SAP IDoc, integration suite, as well as a proven track record in integrating EDI with various internal and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain EDI solutions to support business processes and requirements.
- Integrate EDI with various internal systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and external partners.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to ensure smooth and accurate data exchange.
- Develop and maintain EDI maps, workflows, and documentation.
- Provide technical support and expertise in EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and integration protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP, SFTP).
- Work with SAP IDoc and integration suite for data integration, streamlining processes using these technologies.
- Conduct EDI testing to ensure compliance and successful data exchange.
- Manage onboarding of new EDI partners, including setup and configuration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in EDI technology and integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an EDI Integration Engineer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and integration protocols (AS2, FTP, SFTP).
- Strong understanding of EDI mapping and translation tools.
- Experience with SAP IDoc and integration suite, including configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with specific industries (e.g., retail, healthcare, logistics).
- Certifications in EDI technology or related fields.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle (optional), or others.
- Familiarity with cloud-based EDI solutions and services.
