• managing online sales platforms
• providing technical support to customers
• Grow with strategic partnerships with major platforms such as Amazon, Noon & Jumia
• collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and driving e-commerce sales growth
• customer relationship management and identifying opportunities to improve the online customer experience.

Qualifications
About You
• Minimum of 2-year experience of e-Commerce or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Marketing, Business informatics, or any related field
• Strong understanding of keywords and product optimization for online marketplaces
• Experience with Amazon Vendor central, Noon or other e-Commerce marketplace platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel for managing and analyzing sales data and Power BI is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with Digital marketing basics
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
