此工作岗位的主要职责是协调研发采购工业化生产工厂质量等各个团队对施耐德变频和伺服产品进行持续的改进提高产品的质量减少产品的成本验证新的元器件以确保产品的可持续生产 为中国和全球客户体统持续的技术支持

Responsibilities

• Manage continue engineering team to maintain China local offer
• Work with global team to maintain global offer
• Work with continue engineering team to improve product quality
• Work with continue engineering team to reduce product cost
• Work with continue engineering team to qualify the new component

• Bachelor or Master degree in electronic or mechanical domain
• 5 year working experience in electronic or mechanical design.
• 2 years project management experience is preferred
• Family with drive or motion product is preferred
• Family with industrialization process is preferred
• Fluent in English
