- Process and distribute existing documentation for completed orders, including Certificates of Origin, Warranty, and Quality.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation according to established procedures
- Assist in the implementation of new document types (Bill of Lading, Custom Declaration, Packing List, Commercial Invoice (excluding prices)) into the document supply chain process
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding documentation in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in the ongoing improvement of the document supply chain process.
Qualifications
- Academic background: Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related majors
- Proven ability to deliver results collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Full-time 6 months internship.
