Your role will be pivotal in driving profitability, sustainable growth, and implementing winning strategies. You'll also play a critical part in aligning and deploying business strategy locally and within the Nordic region.

Additional responsibilities:
  • Improve profitability and deliver sustainable growth through solid management.
  • Develop and cultivate industry's best sales organization for Digital Energy.
  • Build solid teams with focus on building succession pipeline and employee engagement across the country.


What are we looking for in our candidate?

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of P&L management experience in service, project, and technology businesses, along with a strong understanding of international real estate and construction markets. Your commercial acumen and track record in business development and organizational transformation will be vital.

We also think that the following background is essential for your success:
  • Technical or commercial education (BBA, MSc, MBA or equivalent)
  • Experience in working in a matrix in an international environment.
  • Solid experience of people management.
  • Project and change management experience in leading transformation initiatives
