A bout the group (SD): All IT needs for SE are managed by a group called Schneider Digital (SD); spread across 303 locations in 60 countries with around 5000 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers.

About the role: S eeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Strategy and Operations Leader to oversee quality assurance, project management, and assurance services for Schneider Digital's Digital Technology Centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital strategy, optimizing operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services to support our organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy in alignment with the organization's objectives and IT service center's needs.
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for quality assurance, project management, and assurance services, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of IT services, streamline processes, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes and standards to uphold service excellence and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee project management activities, including resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for innovation.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to Digital Technology Centers' leadership, fostering a culture of performance excellence and continuous learning.
  • Proven experience in effectively leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a cohesive team, promoting accountability, and cultivating a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Experience in setting clear performance expectations, providing constructive feedback, and recognizing and rewarding team achievements.
  • Ability to effectively manage team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and promote open communication within the team and across functional areas.


Qualifications

Qualifications :
  • 12+ years of overall experience
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills
  • Tier 1 / Tier 2 MBA graduates with a consulting background preferred.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, translate business requirements into IT initiatives, and communicate IT plans and strategies effectively.
  • Business acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, goals, and objectives to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business needs and provide value to the business.
  • Project / Portfolio management skills: Ability to manage IT budgets, resources, timelines, and vendors to deliver IT projects and initiatives successfully.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a digital strategy and operations environment, preferably in an IT shared service center or similar setting.
  • Strong background in quality assurance, project management, and assurance services, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital strategies, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital technologies, data analytics, and industry best practices to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuous learning mindset: Desire to stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities to improve business outcomes and drive innovation.
