Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
Dankzij jouw advies gaan je business-to-business klanten hun oplossingen en installaties verduurzamen.
Dit ga je doen door de best passende energiemanagement en automatiseringsoplossing te verkopen.
Maar dat gaat niet vanzelf! Om impact te maken is meedoen alleen niet genoeg. Je moet willen winnen.
Om écht het verschil te maken moet je de 'Customer First' zetten; de klant é n zijn klant begrijpen, ze laten inzien hoe de Schneider oplossing bijdraagt aan hun doelstelling. Sales is winnen, maar winnen gaat niet vanzelf. Daar zijn nogal wat vaardigheden en persoonlijke inzichten voor nodig.
Ben jij de Remote Sales Representative die minimaal 2 jaar succesvol is in het adviseren van klanten via de telefoon? Weet jij het verschil te maken door waarde te creeren voor klanten en weet hierdoor mooie deals te winnen? Wij bieden je een uitdagende functie in een leuk, ervaren team van enthousiaste professionals.
Na een korte inwerk periode zal je de verantwoordelijkheid krijgen om je eigen klantenbestand van installateurs en machinebouwers verder uit te bouwen. We helpen je met initiële basiskennis van onze oplossingen, waarna je klanten benadert om relaties op te bouwen en oplossingen voor te stellen - met de nadruk op waardecreatie. Je hebt de beschikking over de juiste digitale middelen die je helpen snel het verschil te kunnen maken.
De kwaliteiten en eigenschappen van de ideale kandidaat voor Remote Sales Representative:
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met het adviseren van klanten via de telefoon;
- Proactief, self-starter, zelfbewust en houdt van een uitdaging;
- Sales en resultaat georienteerd - gericht op relatieopbouw en waardecreatie voor je klanten;
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden om relaties met klanten op- en uit te bouwen;
- Ziet mogelijkheden om binnen een technische omgeving het verschil te maken door oplossingen te verkopen op basis van waardecreatie;
- Prioriteiten stellen tussen verschillende taken in een dynamische organisatie;
- Je bent in staat om te werken in een omgeving die elke dag anders is;
- Kennis en ervaring met 'verkopen op afstand' en handig met digitale hulpmiddelen;
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
