Digital Risk Leader - Incident Handler

What will you do?

As a Digital Risk Leader (Incident Handler) you will be part of a global team and responsible for managing and responding to security incidents within the South America (SAM) region, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to cybersecurity. Key responsibilities include:

• Detection and Analysis: Identifying and analyzing security incidents using various tools and methodologies.

• Response and Mitigation: Containing and mitigating the impact of security incidents to minimize damage.

• Investigation: Conducting thorough investigations to determine the root cause of incidents and prevent future occurrences.

• Documentation: Keeping detailed records of incidents, actions taken, and outcomes.

• Communication: Coordinating with other teams and stakeholders to ensure effective incident management and response.

• Risk Assessment: Evaluating the organization's cybersecurity posture and identifying potential vulnerabilities.

• Risk Management: Developing and implementing strategies to manage and mitigate identified risks.

• Policy Development: Creating and enforcing cybersecurity policies and procedures.

• Compliance: Ensuring the organization complies with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.

• Training and Awareness: Educating employees about cybersecurity best practices and risk management.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • 6+ years of experience in Cyber Security;
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills;
  • Ability to navigate within the organization (different cultures, levels and departments).
  • Incident Response Tools, Risk Assessment Tools, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Network Security, Threat Intelligence Analysis, Windows Administration, AWS Cloud, Azure Cloud, Security Metrics and Analytics, Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, I.T, Computer Science or related
  • 6+ years of experience with Cyber Security/ Information Risk Management
