As part of the End to End Digital Customer Relationships, Installed base tracking has become one of the key pillar to grow drastically Services revenues: both field services and digital services.
Working as a Digital Program Manager for Installed Base, you will be at the heart of the definition and creation of an End to End experience of installed base tracking. You will be instrumental in driving a seamless customer installed base experience at global level that delight and create value for Schneider employees and Schneider customers.
Schneider Installed Base (IB) is the central data platform where all the product asset data that we track is collected, qualified, consolidated and exposed.
The IB Program Manager is a key team member of installed base digital capability. When working on the Schneider, its role is to:
E2E Delivery Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of IB360 technical solution with all its technologies/development teams that are spread across Cloud (AWS), MDM (Informatica Cloud SaaS), Integration (Apigee, Snap-logic, Informatica IPaaS...), Front-Ends (Webs and APPs) and QA (Manual and automated).
- Lead the definition and control of the technological architecture of the solution.
- Ensure program progress and lead the milestones achievement.
- Lead the management of people and methodologies to ensure optimal delivery of the development team.
- Ensure the simplicity and scalability of the solution in a complex environment of integrated platforms.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that IB360 solution meets the organizational needs.
- Understand and communicate the status of product development to provide clear visibility of progress and timelines.
- Provide support and ensure knowledge transfers to 2 nd level support team to make sure the business continuity have minimal impacts.
- Conduct training sessions and regular SE internal communications to keep the main company stakeholders updated of the progress on the platform development pipeline.
Vendor & Budget Management:
- Manage relationships with IB360 solution vendors.
- Evaluate new tools or features and oversee software upgrades.
- Manage budget related to the solution operational costs, software vendors and technology focus related projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years' experience in IT Software & Product development.
- 5+ years' experience working in people management.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (technical background required).
- Familiarity with MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere MDM, SAP MDG, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Cloud development such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Front-End development for web and app.
- Familiarity with diverse integration patterns such as API, ESB, Batch and Events.
- Knowledge on Agile Methodologies, Scrum and Kanban frameworks, scaled & distributed teams.
- Understanding of service business processes is a plus.

- Due to the nature of this position sitting on a global team, fluent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required.
- Ability to see the business perspective and act as their advocate.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and convince at various levels of the organization, and in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and manage priorities.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Initiative to uncover and solve problems proactively.
- Ability to understand complex software, data and integration environments.
