As a Digital Program Lead within our Sustainability Solutions Business Unit, you will help deliver on our Climate Change Advisory Services and support our customer with their digital transformation especially around energy and carbon and emission reporting.
What you will be doing:
- Support pre-sales for complex digital deals and lead engaging strategy workshops to develop tailored customer roadmaps.
- Implement global digital programs with top-notch management standards, including reporting and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary projects to enhance client sustainability platforms effectively.
- Identify upsell opportunities during the delivery cycle and lead consulting activities like digital strategy design and workshops.
- Collaborate closely with the Sustainability Consulting Teams and the central offer manager to refine proposals for global Digital Programs.
- Partner with Schneider Bus to integrate solution components from our diverse portfolio to meet customer sustainability goals.

What will help you succeed:
- 5-10 years of experience in engineering, IT, or sustainability
- Proven project management experience in IT and digital programs.
- Expertise in the energy and sustainability landscape, digital transformation, and energy efficiency.
- Familiarity with AI, IT, and energy monitoring systems.
- Strategic consulting skills to drive impactful solutions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus.
