For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $ 128,480 - $ 192,720 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee a talented team of offer managers responsible for driving market strategy, product launches, go-to-market enablement, price strategy, demand forecasting, and marketing promotions and communications. This role requires an individual who can build strong relationships across various teams, including commercial, global lines of business, R&D, and country leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of offer managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Lead efforts in market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy in collaboration with R&D.
  • Product Launches: Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market demands.
  • Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with commercial teams and SIOP to build accurate demand forecasts in order to manage capacity expectations.
  • Pricing Strategy: Formulate pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
  • Product Positioning: Ensure that products are positioned effectively in the market to meet customer needs and differentiate from competitors.
  • Marketing Promotion & Communications: Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful promotional campaigns and communications that enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
  • Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial teams, global lines of business, R&D, and country leadership to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and Digital Power leadership, providing updates on project statuses, challenges, and successes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Marketing with strong technical aptitude.
  • Proven experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong people management and coaching skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Significant technical or commercial experience with power metering, power quality, protection and automation devices, electrical power monitoring systems, and digital services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to various audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and geographies.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in market research, product launches, and go-to-market strategies is highly desirable.
