Departament and Project description :

The mission of the Digital Order Experience Team is to provide the most suitable end to end solution on Digital Orders for Schneider Electric Customers. We oversee offering to our customers the best possible experience to find, select and buy Schneider Electric Products through a digital process.

Our team is responsible of finding the most tailored technical solution to give answer to the Business Outcomes and Requirements among all the systems and platforms which are interconnected and integrated.

To accomplish our mission it is required a high level of Teamwork and coordination between different Streams and Squads, also is needed to have in place a good work methodology that allow all the teams to be aligned on the solution delivery.

What will you learn?

You will be part of a cross-functional team and will be daily working hand by hand with the Release Management Team, in charge of guarantee the delivery of the different functionalities in each cycle. Moreover, you also will be part of the Solution Team for some of the projects that we are working in.

The main activities that the you will be in charge of will be:
  • Reports and Dashboards elaboration to get the statistics related to the Jira ideas after each release
  • UAT follow up and support
  • Backlog support
  • Bugs identification, analysis and follow up
  • Support on the elaboration of the technical requirements
  • Functional Specifications Review
  • APIs Collections Building


Are you who we are looking for?
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Open minded person, with a positive attitude and disposition to get the most of this experience.
  • Availability to work between 4 and 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday) in the morning. Flexibility to start between 8h and 10h.
  • Availability to start in June/September
  • Fluent English in Professional environment
  • Possibility to sign an internship program with your university or studies center at least for a 6 months period.
