We are seeking a talented individual to join the team as a Digital Order Experience Application Owner for Unify (SAP4Hanna). You will be part of End-to-End Digital Customer Relationship's (E2E DCR hereafter) team, which mission is to deliver frictionless End-to-End digital relationship of the future for our customers and frontline employees, to enable growth and customer loyalty.

Unify is the largest and deepest business and digital transformation Schneider Electric has committed to in his long history to bring solid and sustainable standardization and simplification of its business processes. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and managing the product roadmap for a software solution or application. The role works closely with stakeholders across the organization, including development teams, designers, and business leaders, to define and prioritize product features and functionality, and to ensure that the product meets the needs of the business and its customers. The Product Owner is also responsible for communicating product strategy and vision to internal and external stakeholders, and for ensuring that the product is delivered on-time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality.

Main responsibilities:
  • Define and manage the product roadmap for a software solution and/or application, in alignment with Unify strategy and goals, business process owners, business and digital architects and developers.
  • Collaborate with all abovementioned stakeholders across the DCR organization and Schneider Digital to define the solution / application features and functionalities, and to prioritize them based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Work closely with / liaise with / coordinate development teams and designers to ensure that solution / application requirements are effectively communicated, understood, and implemented.
  • Monitor and analyze software solution / application performance, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Ensure that the solution / application meets design principles, data golden rules, customer experience best practices, and that it delivers a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate solution / application strategy and vision to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and key stakeholders within and outside DCR.
  • Manage product backlogs, prioritize user stories and features, and ensure that the team has a clear understanding of product requirements and priorities. Align product backlogs with Unify roadmaps.
  • Ensure that the product is delivered on-time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality in each new release.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the product strategy and roadmap based on market feedback, user insights, and performance metrics.


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in software engineering, computer science, data analytics
  • Minimum 5 years previous experience being a project manager or people manager
  • IT & development skills or at least background knowledge of API and DevSecOps
  • Knowledge of Agile best practices
  • Basic data analytics working knowledge
  • UX research skills or, at least, some background knowledge on user experience / interaction design
  • SAP HANA certified
  • Knowledgeable on web architecture and infrastructure topics (AWS / Oracle / Java /UIaaS / API)
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies such as SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, and API Management
  • Previous experience in Order management applications and/or ecommerce.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, and WM
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
