Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce marketing strategies, analytics, and customer engagement to drive traffic and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to our eCommerce platform.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital advertising channels.
- Bring Innovation in B2B engagement and conversion on ecommerce through optimized campaigns, channels and communication.
- Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Create and manage email marketing and whatsapp campaigns to engage customers and promote products.
- Analyze website traffic and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage social media presence, creating engaging content for internal and external customers to build a community and drive customer loyalty.
- Create newsletters, whatsapp and social media creatives for customer communication.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and ROI.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, in B2B, D2C or ecommerce sector preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Adwords, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Canva).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
