CO Salary Range: USD 22.00 - 27.00 per hour
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range for undergrad is $22.00 - $27.00 per hour and $28.50 - $34.00 per hour for masters. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs.
The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schneider Electric is offering a Summer 2025 Digital Marketing Internship in Fort Collins, CO, specifically for the Digital Grid team. You will be empowered to learn, innovate, and grow within an emerging software as a service division in Schneider Electric. Throughout your time, you will build a strong and comprehensive view of our business strategy and mission, working within marketing but collaborating with different teams in the division.

For your day-to-day responsibilities, you may be assigned any of the following projects which could vary in project length throughout your internship.
Projects and activities may include, but are not limited to:
- Social Media: create, schedule & implement campaigns
- Digital Benchmarking: identify gaps, make recommendations & implement new ideas for digital marketing campaigns
- Marketing and communications plan development & execution at a local and global level
- Content & assets development support and activation (blogs, webpages, videos, influence marketing)
- Campaign measurement, reporting and analysis
- Web content updates and submission
- Website user experience, reporting and analysis
- Internal & external communication: creation & execution of communication plan
This internship will provide you with:
- First-hand experience in digital marketing, including exposure to campaign planning, execution and analysis.
- Training on industry-specific software and tools used in marketing.
- International exposure, as you collaborate with colleagues from different regions.
- Skill development in areas such as market research, communication, and project management.
- Potential post-internship opportunities within Schneider Electric based on performance.
Technical and Logistical Details:
- Opportunity to begin part-time in Spring 2025, transitioning to full-time from June 2nd to August 8th, 2025.
- Degree: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in marketing is a plus (e.g., intern, marketing assistant).
- Languages: Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience in Canva is a plus.
- Technology: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (to coordinate with digital marketing and global teams).

- Creative: Generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Curious: Eager to learn about energy, software or industry trends.
- Autonomous: Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
