ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the integration and delivery of digital/natively connected equipment from manufacturing at our Schneider Electric plants.
• Provide digital subject matter experience for local GSC/manufacturing team(s).
• Training & supporting local GSC/manufacturing plants for the pairing of wireless Schneider Electric sensors/devices to the gateway aggregator
• Training & supporting local GSC/manufacturing plants for Digital Firmware Upgrade planning/execution of sensors and gateways.
• Ensures the Gateway devices are ready to communicate both downstream and upstream.
• Captures required user documents and back-up files to push to Data-Flow teams
• Partners with Data-Flow teams to validate work prior to shipment

• Ensure connectivity/readiness of equipment from manufacturing plant to SE Cloud
• Lead in conducting digital manufacturing qualification assessments
• Document manufacturing integration techniques and standardizes procedures and process flow
• Works with offer management, application developers, cybersecurity, and infrastructure engineering to troubleshoot, design and deploy process integration
• Verifies planned configuration against digital architecture and helps influence architectural strategy as technology evolves
• Test validity of QR codes on targeted products and kits, report issues, and track resolution
• Ensure traceability of products from order # to end-user location
• Support quality audits and work closely with quality function to ensure delivery of robust, reliable, and secure offers.
• Support different processes and procedures to optimize digital/natively connected equipment during build and commission cycle time
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years' experience in industrial manufacturing environment
• 3+ years' experience with data communication devices - (networking, wireless devices, gateways, routers, cloud servers, ...)
• Strong background in wireless communications protocols, digital device test applications, and system integration documentation
• Knowledge of standard communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, CAN, Profibus, etc)
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Proven ability to work independently in a multicultural virtual environment across various functions (design engineering, purchasing, quality, marketing, finance, manufacturing operations and others)
• Ability to be a self-starter, who can work in parallel on multiple projects
• Capability to be a facilitator to drive problem solving and troubleshooting activities
