• Adquirir experiencia práctica en la gestión de incidentes con ServiceDesk y nuestros partners.

• Familiarizarte con herramientas clave de soporte informático y aplicaciones empresariales en Finanzas, Soporte de Usuario Final e Infraestructuras.

• Colaborar en la adopción de nuevas soluciones y tecnologías para impulsar la transformación digital.

• Contribuir a la gestión de la demanda y el soporte en varias áreas operativas.

• Desempeñar un papel en los servicios móviles e de impresión, incluyendo planes de mejora y renovación de dispositivos.
• Participar en la implementación y monitoreo de planes de acción para mejorar el uso de herramientas digitales por parte de los usuarios.

Eres a quién buscamos?

• Estudiante de grado o máster en IT, Ingeniería, ADE o Ciencias Empresariales con pasión por la tecnología

• Buen nivel de inglés

• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y ganas de aprender

• Conocimientos avanzados de Excel y resto de MS Office365

• Capacidad Analítica
• Posibilidad de firmar un convenio con tu universidad
