CO Salary Range: USD 112,000.00 - 168,000.00 per year
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000 - $168,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. As an Offer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our GIS product suite. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to create and deliver compelling messaging, content, and campaigns that drive product adoption, growth, and profitability.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Execute strategic marketing cycle for GIS product suite annually, delivering key outputs in terms of market size, market growth/loss, market share, product SWOT analysis and competitive intelligence.
- Hold accountability for overall messaging and positioning to support the business strategy and drive increased brand awareness and successful positioning on a global scale.
- Hold accountability to position our innovation, existing technology, and competitive advantage to ensure pipeline, order intake and market share growth, all with a common goal to reach 2027 ambition.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Execute sales enablement process annually for GIS product suite, while also being responsible for partner sales enablement packages (not the execution).
- Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Have accountability around all internal and external events where Digital Grid portfolio, including GIS product suite, is being presented (e.g., user conferences, external conferences, various online events).
- Work closely with sales teams to develop sales tools and collaterals, including sales decks, battle cards, and objection handling guides (and other product marketing collaterals).
- Nurture great collaboration with entire Digital Grid, however pay special attention to portfolio managers in each league as together you are the key for making the right investments. Feed them with the right market, customers and competition insights, with the clear information "Why we lost" and "Why we won", then to launch and position offers, then to build right strategy (GtM, Products, Pricing) and business model evolution.
- Closely collaborate with other marketing organizations in Schneider Electric (e.g., Innovation MarCom, Power & Grid segment, Digital Energy, etc.) to ensure good positioning of GIS product suite.
- Ensure flawless execution and strong positioning in industry reports (e.g., Guidehouse, Gartner, etc.).
Education, knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science or Marketing
- Knowledgeable about Geographic Information System (GIS) technology
- 10+ years of work experience, with 5+ years of B2B or B2C product management or marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including messaging, positioning, and content creation
- Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences at all levels of the organization and customer-facing messaging.
- Both technically deep and business savvy enough to interface with all levels and disciplines within the organization
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
