Job Description
• R eports to country leader SP and DE. Manages the Digital Energy sales/presales, operations within the defined budget.
• Drives Performance Management across Digital Energy sales teams.
• Responsible for implementation/execution of country and functional market strategies as well as monitoring performance against goals.
• Adapt go to market Industry and Digital Energy strategy and responsible for the 3 years Biz Plan, inc. Strategic Workforce planning and managing the business size.
• Develops and grows key SE Relationships with Customers.
• Manages team skills evolution, to match with business needs (End User coverage) and secure quality in customer service execution.

• Is the entry point in the country for Cluster Digital Energy.
• Reports business & operation results on a regular basis with customers and Channels.
• Serves as role model in collaboration between the different functions in Home & Distribution BU and also with other BU functions locally and Cluster H&D.

Qualifikationen
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree - BE Electrical / Electronics.
10-12 years of relevant experience.
