Are you ready to revolutionize the employee experience? We are on the hunt for a vibrant and forward-thinking Digital Employee Experience Project Manager to join our team. This role is all about seamlessly blending AI and human interaction to elevate the employee journey.

As the Project Manager and Chatbot Content Owner, you'll take the reins in managing and curating content within our Schneider Electric HR Virtual Assistant. Your focus will encompass aligning with HR campaigns and events globally and locally, with a specific emphasis on European countries. You'll be the driving force behind communication and change management activities, propelling the adoption of Chatbot and be in the driving seat of the digital transformation of Europe HR Services. Plus, you'll ensure top-notch HR knowledge management and support the team's evolution from reactive to proactive through the deployment of cutting-edge technologies.

Your IMPACT:
  • Chatbot Project Management & Knowledge Management:

- Oversee chatbot project activities and content creation.

- Craft and maintain a robust knowledge base for the chatbot, ensuring it stays current and synced with the service desk knowledge base.

  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Teamwork:

- Collaborate closely with various teams to manage project timelines and heighten employee engagement through streamlined chatbot interactions.

  • Chatbot Development & Continuous Improvement:

- Lead the charge in developing, deploying, and continuously enhancing the HR Chatbot.

- Offer insights on new features, integrations, customization, and use cases.

- Actively gather and integrate employee feedback into chatbot enhancements.

  • Analytics, Reporting & Content Management:

- Keep a close eye on Power BI statistics related to chatbot usage in specified regions.

- Analyze user conversations, shaping relevant content based on actionable insights.

- Craft bilingual French and English content for local HR topics and global HR campaigns.

  • Change Management & Adoption:

- Strategize and execute local change management activities for chatbot releases and updates.

- Effectively communicate with country-specific channels to keep users in the loop about new features.

- Drive chatbot adoption and tailor communication efforts based on user feedback.

Your Profile:
  • Proven project management experience in the space, ideally experience in digital employee experience or HR technology.
  • Solid grasp of AI and chatbot technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and data analytics.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
