The Digital Customer Experience department aim to accelerate Schneider Electric's mission of driving profitable growth and elevating our brand power . We are committed to delivering a seamless , unified , and hyper-personalized business-driven web and mobile journey . This transformation will empower our customers , prospects , talents , and shareholders , while enabling us to operate the Web as a Business strategic transformation and establish the Web as the Digital Twin of Schneider Electric's activities .
To drive this transformation successfully, Digital Customer experience team lead transversally from the Digital side the following 8 streams: Web, mySchneider , Mobile, Product ecosystem, Search, Digital Analytics, Unified commerce and Ecommerce/Marketplaces.
What will you learn?
- Dive into Project Management: Support key activities related to project milestones, deliverables, and resource management across eight dynamic streams, including Web, Mobile, and Digital Analytics.
- Crunch the Numbers: Work with data management in Excel, helping us track budgets and resources effectively.
- Communicate with Impact: Prepare dedicated reports for executive communication, showcasing your insights and findings.
- Visualize Success: Create dynamic, visual reports using cutting-edge digital tools like Tableau, making complex data easy to understand and actionable!
🔍 Are you who we are looking for?
- Student in IT, Business or similar.
- Innovative, autonomous, curious and a strong team spirit
- Strong organizational skills required (Complex Program)
- Interest to learn financials concepts and procurement
- Analytic person with the ability to collect data from multiple sources and present them in a consolidated format
- Fluent in using Pack Office: Power Point & Excel are a must
- Capacity to work in multi-cultural teams and in a "virtual" mode
- Proactive and with a growth mindset
- Fluent in English, both written and verbally as you will be part of a global team
- To be able to work between 4 and 6 hours a day (Monday to Friday).
- To be able to make an internship agreement with your university or study center for a period of at least 6 months.

💵 Paid internships (depending on the schedule you establish , min. 20 hours and max. 30 hours per week, 700-900 euros / month)

One day of free disposal per month (cumulative)
Possibility to collaborate remotely depending on the position (up to 2 days per week).
Duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension or contracting
