- Responsible for the Sales / BD performance in assigned EPC market/ EPC Customers
2. Accountable for responsible growth (the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.)
3. Establishes business plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned area (to gain market share) and contributes to the upskilling of clients and Self.
4. Continuous effective search of sales leads (opportunities) and prospects.
5. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
6. Assists in the deployment and implementation of marketing plans (AMSP) as needed.
7. Attends regular one-on-one review with team leader to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account and activity performance.

8. Provides and receives timely feedback to/from team members.
9. Maintains and discuss accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports monthly basis.
10. Lead from front large projects/prospects and creates/conducts necessary proposals/presentations. 1. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
12. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
13. Foster Digitization, Gender equality, Diversity of culture and gets actively involved in action plan for one voice survey (ENPS) / Customer net promoter score (CNPS).
Qualifications
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:
• 8-10 years of experience in sales management.
• Experience with enterprise software solutions and large/matrix organizations.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work with diverse team of professionals.
• Education Qualification - Preferable B.E. Elect. MBA additional qualification.
