Regional Upstream Planning Leader
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for Upstream supply animation for the group of commodities or suppliers assigned and ensure production at factories run as per MPP. Ensure suppliers have capacity / capability to meet the forecasted volumes.
Analyze supply gaps for short term / mid term forecast at various processes / supplier RM level and lead mitigation actions / task force to close such gaps. Escalate as needed to management on investment or strategic buy needed.
Accountable to analyze, validate, and ensure upstream Forecast is released timely, revisit and challenge stakeholders whenever needed. Ensure Forecast Acknowledgement & Commit-back is provided on-time by suppliers with reliable data, conduct meeting to justify root cause & define the mitigation plan on high-risk Suppliers. Lead weekly review with key suppliers, define the action to minimize the impact if any.

Ensure timely execution of eBoard directive: Strategic Safety Stock, Long-term Purchase orders. Responsible for global escalation (EE & other commodities if any), after required alignment with factory and regional procurement level
Manage PO Animation, UBOL and OTD, work with stakeholders on improvement plan. Align with suppliers on RM / FG stocking at their end and align the same into contracts (LTC).
Review and justify improvements feasibility on MOQ & LT (Quarterly)
Support / Lead global/regional initiatives (Optiflow, Kinaxis deployment, Procurement Hub, LTC Deployment, SSP 2.0 Deployment ) in factory upstream process.

Qualification & Experience:
• BE / B Tech
• 12-15 years of experience in factory Raw materials replenishment / Upstream management
• Working knowledge of SAP / Oracle
