Position: DGM - R&D
Educational Qualification & Exp - B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics) with 10- 15 yrs of experience.

1. Lead team for New Product Development in Air Circuit Breaker
§ Execute design release.
§ Conduct product verification and validation.
§ Introduce product variance.
§ Extend support, to address manufacturing concerns, value engineering, FTY improvement etc
§ Evaluate and resolve customer complaints and deploy corrective actions
2. Communicate and ensure implementation of technical roadmap for the group
3. Plan and monitor technical output for the team.
Qualifications - Internal
1. Sound technical domain knowledge in field of electrical engg. Preferred experience in electromagnetic design
2. Good knowhow about manufacturing process, quality standards.
3. Conversant with relevant product standards
4. Problem solving and Decision making should be able to go to the root cause of the problem and identify appropriate solution.
5. Delegation and guide: Delegate effectively and guide teams
6. Sound written and verbal communication.
