Project / Program Manager should be able to lead end to end development of Single Phase UPS & Rack system product development .
• Should be able to Coach, Guide, Mentor the squad to deliver product at contracted Cost, Quality & time
• Should be able to drive scrum rituals (daily stand-up, planning, demo, retrospective meetings) and coach squad on Agile practices.
• Coordinate various stakeholders and manage interdependencies, and remove impediments
• Should be able to anticipate risks, Drive Risk management sessions with squad and work on mitigation actions to ensure risks will be timely addressed.
• Prepare and manage project budget (Opex & Capex) and align with LOB FC to agree on IRR/GM of the products

• Work closely with product owner in creating and maintaining the product backlog and coordinate in scheduling demo's at set frequencies
• Escalate risks in timely manner to management and seek support
• Track and report the scrum metrics (eg-Sprint velocity, Scope slip) and drive teams to retrospect on improvement areas
• Interface with scrum masters / project managers of other teams like Industrialization /CTO /CoE to manage dependencies and come out with integration plan and overall delivery schedule
• Shield the team from outside distractions and interferences for smooth execution
• Work closely with Supply-Chain / Industrialization teams to ensure timely delivery of the product
• Provide leadership and direction to the team members in a complex decision making situation
• Should have strong working knowledge of tools like- Jira, Confluence
• Should have Ability to influence, convince, take decisions, Other Skills:
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Good understanding on Agile Project management practices Prior experience in Hardware product development (Eelectrical / Power electronics or Mechanical)is added advantage.

PMP / Agile certifications
Min 10+ years of Project Management experience in hardware product development.
