We are hiring an Offer Industrialization Lead with a strong background in manufacturing process and third-party manufacturing management to join the Schneider Electric Solar and Storage team in Bangalore, India.

What will you do?
• Ensure smooth transition of new products from design to full-scale production. Drive product DFA, DFM, DFT with stake holders
• Plan, budget and organize industrialization activities using agile methodologies
• Collaborate with engineering teams early on to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturability, lowest cost and best in class quality
• Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers for components and sub-assemblies
• Design and qualify our industrial process and flow.
• Process expert responsible for facilitating the continuous improvement of functional and cross-functional business processes, leading the evaluation of activities in terms of value to the customer and the company. Assumes ownership of the design-development implementation, change management, compliance, and success measure.
• Manage the project schedule periodically with the core project team in order to address the actual situation compared to the baseline. Alert in case of schedule drift, identify and put in place with the project team any necessary corrective actions to maintain alignment with the baseline.
• Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, drive actions to increase efficiency and reduce cost
• Communicate proactively providing the dashboard to the management team and to the project team, to have the team aware about what is at stake, and what are the deadlines and milestones.
• Lead activities with in-house and third-party factories.

Qualifications
What will make you successful?
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electrical / mechanical / industrial)
• 10+ years' experience in industrialization, manufacturing / production environment
• In depth knowledge of high tech, automated manufacturing processes for high tech products
• Experience managing third party manufacturing, industrial transfers
• Knowledge on PCBA, Mechanical, Sheet Metal, Plastics manufacturing, tooling etc.
• Strong Customer service attitude, root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Team Player, self-motivated having leadership capabilities.
• Good communication skills to effectively describe and understand complex topics.
• Ability to take direction from multiple sources, prioritize and multi-task under pressure
• Ability to think with a global mindset, working with an international culturally diverse team where you will foster trusting relationships with colleagues
