Domain Expertise

• Expert level technical knowledge and hands on experience of Electrical Products and Solutions - Basics of Electrical, LV and MV Products, PME Architecture, MOMA, Digital Services, UPS & Batteries, Drives etc

• Ability to communicate the product/offers value proposition to trainees

• Co-relate and establish linkage of each training module to digital (hands-on training) and sustainability

Business Acumen

• Understanding of the market, competition, business dynamics, product positioning, offer knowledge and customer segment knowledge
