We're looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who's eager to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring Sales team. The person should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.
Responsibilities
• Align with Product team & Sales Team to deliver profitable & sustainable growth for Low Voltage Drives, Drives Solutions & System Drives.

• Promote Product and solutions at consultants, End Users & EPCs and get approval for product line.
• Prescribe product specifications and convert opportunity in our favor.
• End to End project Mapping & tracking for End Users at all levels of Consultant - EPCs- PBs- OEMs.
• Understand Tender specifications, select right product & submit technical compliance.
• Consultative selling approach for different segment of large-scale Industries & projects like - Metal, Power, Water, Cement, Infra, F&B, Chemicals etc.
• Support Front end sales team to negotiate and win case at customer end.
Required skills.
• Person should have Pricing & Technical know-how for Drives - Low & High Power (above 500KW) and Solutions Drives.
• Person should have process plant knowledge for complex applications with complete VFD scope.
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications & Experience.
• MBA Marketing & Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical.
• Minimum 10 Years experience in VFD Sales or Marketing.
• Experience should be from renowned VFD manufacturing companies.
• Experience required in dealing with large scale End Users, Consultants & EPC.
